REMOTE PARADISE

This property is located in a small semi isolated area surrounded by National Park and opening onto a magnificent Bay, with river flowing in and a beautiful bar opening to the ocean large and deep enough for seagoing fishing boats.
It is a very well kept secret that Marlin, blue and yellow fin tuna frequent the very accessible ocean on several months of the year. Several years back one of my friends landed a 7 foot Marlin.

If you like a Quiter pace the bay has a multitude of seafood for the taking or catching, flounder, prawns, whitebait, cocky salmon, silver bream, black bream, snapper, whiting, flat head and I am sure I have forgotten a few.

There is also the serene beauty of traveling up the river to fish.

You can also walk to the ocean beach - you are not likely to seen anyone else on it, In 60 years I don`t remember meeting anyone there, you might see some footprints or a wombat running up a dune. The sand is squeaky and glaring white and so fine.

The bay is very safe for children to play the water is very shallow for at least 100 mts.

Aside from the beauty of the area there is a very small permanent population - approx. 40 - 50 in a 15 kilometer radius. It is a friendly and helpful community, help is always there if needed and if total privacy is what you want you get it. For 2 months of the year, spread out over holidays during the year when the population might grow to a couple of hundred.

We are approx. 40 KLMS from the closest Coastal town - approx. 30 min drive, some is dirt road and 20 mins from General Store that will deliver 3 days a week.

The property is approx. 300 square meters. With its own tank water and septic tank so know water rates from council.

Consisting of very large main bedroom with fire box and views from your bed of the bay. Approx 7mts x 3.5 and the other 2 beds are of good size.

The Living/Kitchen area is on the 1st floor, with main bed, 2nd Bed (which i was going to move downstairs), Toilet and a very large deck area.

Ground Level is main bathroom, separate toilet, 3rd Bedroom, Lock up Garage and Laundry Entrance and sitting area also a 2 car Carport. There is also plenty of other parking available on the property.

There is a Caravan with built on room was damaged in a storm needs a new roof, it has power and heating. Approx. 4mts x 6mts

A wisteria cover Gazebo is also in the centre of the yard.

There is also a 3mt driving access to the back of the property.
